Waking Up Starving

Recently, I've been waking up before my usual time starving, like tummy growling hungry. I typically work out at night. I eat dinner before I workout and have a protein shake after my workout. I mix my protein powder with skim milk and it provides me the following nutrition:
Cal:230
Fat: 2
Carb: 19
Protein:34
Any suggestions about what else I can eat at night as an after workout snack that might hold me over a little longer?

something high volume with protein and fibre. I would make some oats and add your protein powder to it. proats0

you could always add peanut butter to your shake as well. I find that always helps me to curve hunger. I actually use PB2 which is powdered peanut butter. It tastes like peanut butter but is only 45 calories and is much better for you!0

Depending on where you are with your calories for the day, just eat something. Try a casein protein shake too, they digest slower while you're sleeping.0
