SHould i do cardio? Im scared to lose my gainz.

You'll only lose your gains if you quit taking creatine and you urinate your muscles out all it does is put water on your muscles which keeps them taught when you quit taking it you will urinate every 2 hours till your muscles dissappear into flab. Yes it will make you look bigger and you will be able to workout longer cause of the water on your muscles so you can grow bigger faster but power is about density not mass aka strength per unit mass multiplied by speed. If you weigh allot or your arms weigh allot you wont have any speed and therefore no power0
