I did! I did! I ran hills on the treadmill & burnt some mean calories! It was way too hot outside, so kept it cool today!:bigsmile:0

I walk or jog every day. I either walk 100 minutes, 3mph, current incline of 8.5 or I jog 5mph, incline 2, 30 minutes (increments of 1 minutes walk 3.5mph, jog 3 minutes 5mph.)

Not yet! I did think about it in bed at 5:30am, but I didn't get up. I WILL be doing C25K W1D3 after the kids are asleep tonight!0

I did my first walk with 3.5 week old baby and two pugs. Never again!! LOL, frick that was hard controlling the dogs and the stroller. I felt like an imbecile! We pounded out an hour of good hills though.0

1.5 mile walk @ 15 & 3.7 mph degree incline at lunch. I'll do 45 minutes to an hour of elliptical after work and maybe a walk with the dog this evening.0

The jumprope routine is a crossfit routine called ivan the terrible:

50 lunges(each leg)
50 pushups
50 situps

40 lunges (each leg)
40 pushups

jumprope 90 seconds
30 lunges (each leg)
30 pushups
30 situps
jumprope 90 seconds

Walked 3 miles for 49 minutes and it felt great !0 -
I just got back from running 4.5 miles in 45 minutes! It was a cool 83* but the humidity was ugly, needless to say but I am soaked!

i did 6 miles in 1hour incline 1 this morning it was my longest run yet, and my legs are letting me know they are not happy with me...0

I DID! RAN UP AND DOWN A STEEP HILL FOR 10 MINS. IT WAS KILLER IN THE HEAT AND HUMIDITY! AND IT WAS AFTER DOING 3O DAY SHRED LEVEL 1 AND ZUMBA BASIC! GREAT WORKOUT!!!0

I did!!! 2.3 miles with my great dane, my rottie and my teenager... It was easier to control the 2 big dogs, than it was to control my daughter..lol0

I did! 45 mins brisk walk, worked up a good sweat, and then walked around for 3 hours at the mall pushing the stroller... it all adds up!!0
