How many calories are burned in a 35 minute pilates workout--

The best way to figure this out (accurately) is get an HRM. I use a Polar FT4. You will find the calorie counts/estimates on here are rarely even close to accurate.0

tudies show that, on average, participants in a 50-minute Pilates mat workout burn between 175 calories (beginners) and 250 calories (advanced).
