A few friends and I did the ab ripper workout last night...and I was wondering how I should log that into my exercise information?

You need to get a heart rate monitor to accurately log on my fitness pal because most cardio on here is calculated too high or too low. For now, put it as circuit training and how many minutes you did it, but I would only count half of the calories mfp gives you because it's probably going to over estimate0

I agree that heart rate monitor is the way to go. I also do the Ab Ripper workout and log it as Calisthenics, but use the calories from my HRM.0

Agree with HRMbut the best way to log p90x without one is to create your own exercise using data from p90xcalories.com0

I use this website for a general idea, then create the exercise in MFP and log it.0 -
Thanks everyone!0
