Tipped the scale in a scary way

I signed up for MFP a few months ago and never used it. This morning I tipped the scale at 180 and need to make a change. I'm starting this today for real and could use some motivation.

hey! i'm sure you'll do fine. Be sure to eat protein with EVERY meal and try to get in as much protein as possible (over 100g a day). It keeps you feeling full and satisfied.0

Weight loss is more than just dieting. You have to realize you are making a lifestyle change not dieting. Feel the need to change deep in your bones. You can do it. Just need patience and commitment.0
