Need a good workout routing, any HELP?!

Hi everyone,

So i'm 5 foot 4 and 141lbs, I need to lose fat but I also want to tone up my flabby bits.
I know that there's no point toning if I don't do cardio to get rid of the fat cause then my beautiful toned muscles wont be seen cause of the fat!
I've been exercising everyday just doing a mix of cardio and toning but wanted some better advice on what to do. Do I do a mix of both everyday or dedicate different days to either cario or toning?

Any help is very very welcome!
