Okay this will be my first time posting pics so I hope it works! This is my before. This one was almost three years ago and I was at my heaviest at 215 lbs.
I actually started my weight loss about a year ago getting ready for a trip to the Bahamas. This was taken right before we left July 2012 at 189 lbs. In the year since I had gained about 6lbs back. But in the last month I have lost 10 lbs. 6 since starting MFP.
This one is just a face pic that I took about a month ago at the Shell Houston open. Not the best picture but I am even shocked in the difference from my before pic till now.
Definetly still a work in progress. I hope to loose another 30-40 lbs. Not really having a good couple of weeks but got back on track two days ago and after looking at these pics it reminded me that I have come a long way and can do this!!!!!!0 -
Crap it didnt work. Let me go to the tutorial and see what I am doing wrong :-)0

Amazing transformation! You should be a model (if you aren't one already)!! You seem to have that flair with the camera in all of your pics... Love the hat, btw.0 -
Will be updating my before/after photos this weekend (will be 6 months on MFP!!), but in the meantime I'm pretty proud of this image. . The scale hasn't changed much this month, but I feel stronger and smaller. . . wanted to wear something comfy today so I pulled out some old capris from last year. They were too tight to be comfortable then, but were all I had for post-pregnancy.
They wouldn't stay up today :drinker:!0 -
thanks to everyone who posts!! Keeps the rest of us motivated and moving forward.... I cant wait to I can join the posters club!! :glasses:0

Women: multiply your goal weight by 10.
Men: Multiply your goal weight by 11.
This number will be your DAILY CALORIC INTAKE to MAINTAIN that GOAL WEIGHT.
So, if I want to be 160lbs, 160 x 11 = 1760 calories per day. But I am targeting 1200 per day NET calories to get this rolling a little faster. Hope this make sense.0 -
Count those calories and get off your *kitten* and MOVE! My legs are SO strong and I love having my waist line back!
And here I am, 68lbs lighter!!. (pic taken last night)

I'm sorry- but please don't follow this method. Caloric goals should be individualized... and this^ is not even close.0 -
