    Look at your neck and facial features, I can see that clearly. Don't beat yourself up because you can see it, I am sure that you can feel it. There is no way that you can still fit the same clothes you were wearing before so embrace that success and keep going! I am trying to get to where you are, you are a motivation for me, so keep up the good work the pictures don't lie:)

    I know where you are coming from. I'm down 40 pounds, but I still have over 100 to go. I keep a few side by side pics in on my phone to remind me when I get discouraged.
