Do I need to eat all those calories?

Okay, we're on day 3 now and doing good, but I find that I am having a hard time consuming the amount of calories I'm supposed to. And, yesterday I went over on protein by 11. Is this going to be a problem?

    Long term it may impede your progress. A few hundred here and there will not hurt you, but being consistently under poses the risk of your body desperately holding on to every calorie.
