Weight training and weight loss while deployed

I am currently deployed. I am trying to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. I understand this is difficult especially with the dietary limitations while deployed, but any dieting advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

Figure out your TDEE and eat around 10-20% less every day. That would be around 1 or 2 LBs a week. While deployed it seems to lose weight with out the temptation of fast food. Im currently deployed also and gained plenty of mass from lifting heavy and lost a good chunk of weight.0 -
