    That is cool and a lot of people realize you do get some water from foods too, just no way to measure it

    That's awesome.
    That seems pretty accurate.
    With everything calculated, it told me between 115-130 oz./day based on exercise and duration of exercise (and heat where I am).
    Right now I drink about 120 oz. when I exercise, 90 when I don't. The more water I drink, the easier it is for me to lose weight.

    Cool! I just estimated a general day with gym, etc and pretty much what I was naturally drinking was what it said my body needed!

    Thanks so much for sharing. I am a Home Health nurse also. I talk with my patients about hydration all the time. This is great information.

    That's really cool - my goals for drinking are a little higher than what it said, but one more glass is not going to kill me and will help when it comes to me starting my hard-core exercise.

    aw man, 13 cups of water a day w/out exercise......shocked if I was even close, I drink around 8-10 and am always running to the bathroom
  • Mine said nine cups of water or other beverages, not just water.

    Ah CRAP! I thought getting 8 cups of water in me a day was REALLY hard! Turns out I need 13 ... WHAT AM I GOING TO DO!
