Personally I make sure I have at least a beer a week, usually two How could I totally cut out my favourite drink?! I couldn't! So I just limit it, log it and make sure I don't go over my calorie goal.0

Michelin Ultra is what I drink too and 4 equals 440 calories. You could get in a really good workout to compensate for the calories. I don't see anything wrong with having a few drinks now and then as long as they fit into your calorie goal.0
