Awesome Hydrostatic Testing Results

12 weeks ago, I entered a contest at work partly to help me stay motivated and partly because we get a hydrostatic (underwater) weigh in/ weigh out as part of the contest.

At that time, I was 196.6 with 34.3% bodyfat.

Today, I weighed out. I have lost 14 pounds of body fat. I've also gained two pounds of muscle. So, I am now 184.2 according to his scale.

The operator was very impressed with my outcome because usually people don't GAIN muscle while losing that amount of fat. I mentioned that I was exercising the entire time, but what he commended was my ability to eat a healthy number of calories to meet my goals.
