Use uncooked or cooked weight for Chicken, Beef and Fish?

I am wondering if the values listed on the database is the weight for uncooked or cooked Chicken, Beef and Fish?

There are values listed for both uncooked and cooked meats. When I'm searching in the database, I just specify cooked or raw so I get the right values.0

I use them as though they are uncooked portions. If anyone wants to correct this, please do as it would help if I've been doing it wrong.0
