So, according to some websites my TDEE is 2149. So, if I burn 300 calories everyday how do I calculate what I actually need to be eatin to continue losing weight? I'm 6 lbs away from wing back in the 120's and I want to be there so bad by the time we go on our summer vacation!!!

Your TDEE is what you need to maintain, so you should lose weight eating anything under that. Since you only need to lose a small amount, you won't be able to lose very fast. Maybe shoot for half a pound a week or 250 daily deficit (1900 per day). Try it for a week and see what happens. All the numbers are estimates so you may need to tweak it up or down a bit.
The number of calories you burn though exercise doesn't matter because your TDEE already includes that based on the activity level you chose (moderately active, etc.).0 -
