New Active Job 2 Days A Week-- Change Activity Level?

I started a new Summer job were I waitress/bar tend two days a week. I am literally running nonstop for 3-5 hours at a time (I did this job last year and lost almost 20 pounds through the summer; sadly I gained it back later). It's only 2 days a week and the rest of my week is pretty sedentary besides the efforts I make to get out and walk/jog at least 30 minutes a day. So I'm wondering if I should change my activity level to a more active level, or should I keep it as sedentary and count my work days into cardio some how??

I also have a part-time job (usually 2-3 days per week) that keeps me moving while I'm there, and I elected to set my activity level as "light activity" even though that's not always true on days that I don't work. I try to sneak in some extra activity on my less active days. Maybe that's not the best way to do it, but I've lost weight and I'm happy with it.0
