Fasted cardio?

Any thoughts on it? I haven't tried it, i wanted some insight first.

I do my "cardio" on an empty/fasted stomach every morning.
I have heard you should fuel the burn/work out, but it works out better for my schedule to "get up and at 'em" first thing then shower and fix breakfast.0 -
I think this would work better with my schedule as well. By the time I get up and make breakfast and sit down I need to wait a good 30 minutes to digest before working out or I get an upset tummy- I think fasted cardio would work so much better- I may try it tomorrow morning! Thanks for the response!0
