Measured my waist yesterday, and it was 25.5 inches- 1.5 inches smaller than the last time I measured it!

What's your waist size/ goal waist size? :)

Editing to add height- 5'8.5 :)

    When I wake up in the morning, having gone hours without eating, it could be as low as 23", though usually 23.5"
    I'm perfectly happy with it as long as it stays around 24. I only have a pound left to lose so it won't be changing much xD

    Mine is 23 1/2". I'm at goal and other than a slight change with firming up some more this will probably be it.

    ETA Height: I'm 5'2". And small framed.

    Last time I measured it was 24.5"

    I don't really have a goal waist size because I want to gain muscle and lose fat. I don't know how much thicker muscle will make my waist.

    Height could be relevant so let's post that, too. I'm 5'8"

    goal- don't really care
    so long as I keep building muscleand losing fat.
    but i'm hourglass, this area isn't a challenge.

    I'm 5'6" and my waist is 35.5. I've never given much thought to what size I want it to be. I suppose I would like to lose 10 inches or so, but I'd be perfectly fine with looking like this girl. (Size 10, not sure what her waist size is.)

    <--- This is my first goal. I have a long way to yet. Sadly I don't know what my waist size or BF% was in this picture.

    Currently (as of the last time I took measurements):

    Smallest point under ribcage: 34
    Abdomen @ Navel : 41.5

    edit: Oh, I'm 5'4.5"

    26-27 inches. Would like to lose an inch really but this is the smallest I've been by far so not sure if I could lose much more.

    im 5"5 and smallest iv been is 28inch. Im a lose 30 inch now but had 2 babies 18months apart so its hard to get lower. Im doing my best though! Id love to get to 27inches
