    I am so encouraged to see your post and your results! Way to go. I am just starting JMBR for the third time and absolutely love it! I have seen great results and am so excited to be doing it again. Can I ask how you recorded your exercise for My Fitness Pal? this is my first time using it with the workout and I am not sure what to call the workouts in order to record them correctly. Any thoughts? thanks! :)
