Jumping rope, stair running, hiking. These are all great for calves, hamstrings, glutes, and quads!
Or you could get a spray tan and fool everyone.

Well, I AM pretty awesome at making tutus, but I have no pink tool.

I can think of a really inappropriate comment about pink tools

With summer around the corner and shorts season already here, I was wondering what I can do to tone my calves so I look great in my jorts?

    Any help please?!

I heard if you pee down your legs, it would help with both form and definition. Also, if done correctly you can just dribble down the jorts...the opening is usually wide enough.

    oh...wait...

Never mind, apparently that's for jellyfish stings. Go ahead and try it anyway...you never know. Swimmers get stung by jellyfish...and have you seen swimmers calves? So, there is some evidence to support this.

    Do eet!

Go to the local dairy, ask to see their finest summer cows, and then request the offspring.

Came back in here to say this ^^^

The color of his tulle is immaterial (get it? Har har......... oh, nvrmnd).

I have heard that size depends on the color and you want to make sure you have enough material.

In that case, you may be a candidate for a calf transplant. Here is a recent donor....

Dude, you are way too late to get summer calves this year. These things take time! The gestation period for a cow is, like, 285 days. You'd have had to start on those suckers last August.

    Sheesh.

The parallels between this correct answer for this and other seasonal body part threads is remarkable.

Bike riding gives you great calves. If it's too cold to ride you might lookat either an exercise bike or a trainer that you can clip your road bike into. When riding I have my seat high enough that my leg is at full extension when the pedal is down- this gives you the fullest range of motion. I also have my bars low so that my legs are doing all the work. Good luck!

Edit: too lazy to scroll down and hadn't seen all the posts about bikephobia.... stair master it is then :)
