    Good for you! That's how I started Then I was walking twice a week after work for 3 to 4 miles + small hikes on the weekend. Walking is great!!!

    I give up on adding photos! copy the link from photobucket and then add [im] to the front and [/img] to the end? it jus won't work!

    it needs to be lowercase img inside of the first [ ] and /img inside of the last bracket. Also if there are any spaces in your file or path name they will show up as %20 in the link. If you see those you need to delete the %20 and replace it with a space or it will not display either.

    I have never posted pics before so hoping this works!!

    First pic was taken at 316 pounds, when I started mfp. Second pic is the most recent one of me at 266 pounds.

    I can see the difference much better on the photos than I can in the mirror. Think it's taking a while for my brain to catch up!
