    Yes - Big difference. I think it is harder for us to see on ourselves because we see the gradual everyday changes. But from the outside looking in it is a different story and I see total transformation already :) Keep up the Great Work!

    Started at 270 and I am 215 now. Since October I joined a gym and have been doing group training that include kick boxing and boot camp.
    I have lost 56 pounds ....I do protein shakes in the morning, fruits, veggies and lean meats.
    I get tired though and I can't wait to get to maintenance!!!! I have a long ways to go, but this thread is giving me a boost.
