I am on my first day eating healthy. I had two choices for lunch a quesdilla or a beef hotdog, dill pickle and cottage cheese. i turned to the quesdilla I knew it was very high in carbs and calories opted for the better choice. this is huge for me in my first day of healthy eating.

I have found that if I plan and pack my lunch and snacks for the day I do much better. It is way to easy to grab junk if I am not prepared....and I try to have options also, not just one choice.0
