    The warmer weather & longer days are here to stay in NH, so I've increased my goal for May -

    May 1st: 17 miles (*Spin*)

    I was on travel for a week and even though I did quite a bit of walking I had no way to track it. But I hope I'll catch up by the end of the month. Up to now 35.7km done.

    Well completed my C25K today...not bad at all....all 9 weeks over with...ended up doing 10km on the treadmill....not all jogging...but still happy.....

    Awesome job!!! It feels great to completed something! I am starting Week 9 day 1 of C210K (that's where my C25K ended)!!!
