Hey everyone I'm Mike. Ive been in Houston about a 2 years and I recently found this website and I gotta say its a great way to keep track on everything . I recently got a job as a Fitness trainer at a club here and just wanted to say hi to anyone around the area :)

    Hello! I'm just down the road from you a little bit...Galveston area. Welcome to the site. I agree with you, it's a fantastic way to keep track of everything. Up until a month ago I was still using (gasp!) a pen and paper to track my food and exercise. So glad this site exists!
