Metabolic Reset

I've seen on various profiles that people have reset their metabolism....exactly how is this done? I would like to speed up my metabolism...any ideas?

    I don't understand the Metabolic Reset well enough give you a knowledgeable reply. , If you increase your level of exercis//lifting & stay at that level, have you reset your Metabolism?

    I'm interested, & will check back later to read some knowledgeable replies
