My "Workout" playlist has Red, Thousand Foot Krutch, and Three Days Grace on shuffle with some other random songs thrown in... if I'm in the right mood I'll switch over to my Skrillex playlist.

edit: I know that's not songs, but my favorite(s) all depend(s) on my mood and state of mind at the time

I have recently developed a love affair with a group called VNV Nation. Their music has a good beat, the songs are long, and the lyrics are inspiring.

I'm a hoopdancer so what I need is a strong beat solid hooping or something flowy for spinning and this last week, I've been loving The Great Gatsby soundtrack. Other good hooping (and sometimes running songs), Cinderella Man -Eminem, Hey Ya -Outkast, Sabotage - Beastie Boys, 9 to 5 - Dolly Parton (this one doesn't fit with the others but is totally my theme song.)

    Freewill by Rush

Oooh, Rush! Signals is a great roller-blading album. And Dreamline from Roll the Bones is good for most anything. :)
