I wear a pedometer to count the amount of steps I take each day.
Is there any way to add a pedometer count to the day's exercise log and what the caloric count would be?
Does anyone know and let me know please.

Silly me, I just realized that my pedometer tells me what the calories are!0

Your general daily walking is already included in your budget. You don't count it as exercise unless it's something extra that you do like going for a brisk 30 minute or more walk for exercise alone. You're double dipping if you include calories from your normal everyday life.0
