Been on the journey for a year now and have managed 52 pound in 52 weeks and I am very happy. I have just re-set my targets but with no specific time dead-line (although secretly I hope I'll get there by 01/07/13).

Stats

Male, 31, 5'9"

Starting Weight = 225.4
Current Weight = 173.4

New Target Weight = 167.4

Starting BMI = 33.3
Current BMI = 25.6

New Target BMI = 24.7

BF%
Starting BF% = 28.9%
Current BF% = 20.8%

New Target BF% = 19.8%

    Now that is an example of a healthy weight cut!
    One pound a week is an awesome and healthy way to do it. You must feel great.
