    Thank you all so much, you are guys are utterly great and an everyday inspiration to me, and I genuinely mean that. If I ever fancy some rubbish food I just log on here and read through the success stories :-)

    Ive had a couple of blow out days, but Im quickly back on track when I come here.

    6 weeks no alcohol, I feel calm, relaxed and so happy.

    Is there a way to donate to this site, as I genuinely feel that without it, I wouldn't have been here in the next 10 years. And I truly believe that.

    If I can help give something back, I will happily do so.
