I'm 5ft 9"

Started 196, currently 175, targeting 150 ... reset from target of 154.

Changed it as my weight does (and always has) fluctuated. I know my 'feel good' weight range is 10st 10lb/150lb- 11st 3lb/157lb, so I'm targeting 150 to take that flux into consideration.

Its pretty interesting to see the goals on here. I was 129lb from about 17-22 years old but I was bony as hell, whereas it may look fab on someone else.

I was actually just searching for a thread like this and I saw this just started - although I am interested in peoples measurements too...

Anyway, I'm 5'8.5 my goal is 160lb, start weight 192lb. I would like to eventually go lower - more like 145 - 150lb but 160lb is where I feel ok about myself.

GW: don't know.... originally 120 but people have been telling me that I look good now and not to lose any more weight. So I am not really sure what to think. My bones are all noticeable on my upper body at my current weight and I have the elusive 'thigh gap' but I think it is just because of my frame size.

How do people know what weight should be their goal weight? I don't think I will ever be one of those people who thinks "dang I look hot" no matter what my weight is!

But I may revise that upwards (maybe 135? 130?) if I keep up with the weight training that I've been doing the past couple months.

I went into maintenance at 165 and have continued to lose very slowly over the last few months. I don't want to lose below 150, so if it continues, I'll need to up my calories even more. At 40 years old, every additional pound I lose ages me. :blushing:

I was in maintenance for months. Now I've decided i would like to get down to 150 (for number sake) or at least be a comfortable size 4. I'm between a 4-6 now. I used to be curvy, but now I'm more pear shaped. I'm trying to get used to it. Otherwise, I am really content with heavy lifting and shedding inches more so than lbs. Add me if you like.

My goal is mostly to fit back into my old jeans (I can't afford new ones) and when I fit in them I fluctuated between 120-125. However, I've started weight training, so I imagine if I lean out I could be a higher weight and still fit into them.
