Working out in a Pool

Mondays and Fridays I do 20 minute mini cardio before a one hour class of strength training then zumba, Tuesdays and Thursdays I do a spin class and one of those days I do an hour of pilates. I want to do some laps in the pool today to do something that would get my heart rate up but easy on my joints. Other than laps does anyone have any ideas on what I can do workout wise in the pool? I just want to add some variety in my workout week.

    I googled it and found some suggestions....not sure really what you are looking for....check out water aerobics :-)

    thanks! i didn't know if there was something other than laps i could do alone without looking like i'm just sitting in a pool lol
