Hawaiian Acai Breakfast Bowl! protein packed 230 Cal

Hi all, just wanted to share a breakfast/post workout snack that I've been having. I moved from Hawaii, but I've brought this recipe with me! This gives me so much energy and keeps me running around all morning.

Acai base (Blend in vitamix)
1 frozen banana
1 frozen acai packet unsweetened (Sambazon)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 to 1 scoop of protein powder (I use Sunwarrior raw protein)

Add ins/toppings (optional, but I always add for a full meal)
1 tbs spirulina
1 tsp bee pollen
raw honey
mixed berries
sliced banana
2 tbs shredded coconut
1/4 cup granola

    I'm from Hawaii too! Looking for friends from here, sent you request.

    Acai bowls are my favorite, just don't like paying $13 dollars for them lol. I will def try this for my next breakfast :drinker:


    Also, where can you get frozen acai?

    Looks great! I wish I could find some of these ingredients where I live and make this.
