Never Full

I think my body is missing the switch that tells you that it's full. I'm not sure Ive ever been full in my life. Should I try eating different things? I find I'm often eating when I'm not hungry and that I could eat again right after my lunch because I'm not full or satisfied. Any ideas on how to feel content after a meal? Should I be waiting til I'm actually physically hungry and then eat? Should I stick to small meals many times? I just know that in order to lose this weight, this is an issue I'm going to have to deal with, or else I'm going to follow every large salad that I have for lunch at work with some Cheetos and then it's a fail!!

I think having several small meals might be the best option for you. If you can maybe see a doctor about it, there may be a way to help with that. I know a lot of people have a similar problem.0
