Great Diet Plan to help get the weight loss started

Hey Everyone
I am a mother of 2 boys and gained a ton of weight between the 2 of them. I have lost most of it now, with only 10-15lbs to go! Yay!! Anyway, a friend of mine shared this diet plan with me from her trainer. It is a great plan if you can stick to it for 2 weeks. It helped me lose 14 lbs the first time, I kept it off. And I am currently doing it again and so far after a week have lost 7 lbs! I would love to share it with you all :)
