I use Pandora, they have a good Alternative Endurance Training station that has good beats to keep you moving. When I'm pushing weights around I like their Rap Strength Training station..

Harder Better Faster Stronger - Daft Punk
Never Enough - Five Finger Death Punch
The Geeks Will Inherit The Earth - I Fight Dragons

Those are my 4 very favorites for listening to at the gym.

pandora is definitely the way to go! I use Matt and Kim Radio or Kanye West Radio. It plays a lot of 90's rap which is fun.

I bought and downloaded a 30 song workout hits from iTunes on my ipod. It really rocks and keeps me upbeat when i'm jogging or doing my power walks.

My #1 jam that powers me through everything: Rock Star by N.E.R.D. (the Jason Nevins Remix).

Warning: do NOT listen to that song while driving on an open road. You absolutely will break the speed limit and then some.
