Hi out there. Anyone have any routines using the 5 x 5 method ? I started weight lifting again and am doing an all around routine but some people said the 5 x 5 is all I need. Name of exercise and what weights to put on for each set etc. Thanks in advance!

You could easily google this and get the whole plan from Stronglifts.0

StrongLifts5x5, MadCow5x5, and the Texas Method all follow that type of programming.0

Texas Method uses 5x5 on the high volume day. The lower intensity day uses 3x3 or 2x5 and 4x5 and the higher intensity day has triples and doubles.StrongLifts5x5, MadCow5x5, and the Texas Method all follow that type of programming.
I'll add one Reg Park's 5x5

True, same basic concept. MadCow5x5 isn't exactly 5x5 either but the basic concept is there.0
