That's silly to include the weight you weighed while pregant, because the delivery made you lose a good portion of it, nothing you did healthwise had any bearing on it.0

I don't blame any of my weight on my babies, lol. I was around 190 prior to getting pregnant with my first, I was at my heaviest 2 YEARS after my last child was born. No excuse here. As far as water weight, etc. I would say your weight 6 weeks post partum is a good place to start.0

I'd say go with the highest weight, the one right before you gave birth, if it makes you feel better. You worked hard to push that 8 lbs of baby out of you, you might as well count it.0
