It's fun, you should try it! Have you tried the Davina abs thing yet?0

I do it, and I love it!! Nothing has isolated those muscles quite like this video for me, I also do the body revolution and did the 30 day shred as well....Jillians line of videos are terrific, I would suggest any of them!0

I haven't started it yet, but just got it in the mail (I'm in the middle of 30DS).0

One does not simply go from zero to six pack in 6 weeks.0

I just started the level 2 last night so i have been doing it for 3 weeks now and i can totally see results!! While i dont have a 6 pack you can certainly see definition and toning in my stomach. I was surprised at how much more difficult level 2 was for me than level 1. i had to take several breaks...and for some strange reason my *kitten* is sore from it today:laugh: i cant wait to see the results when i am all done the DVD...it definitely works!0

this is true...but it helps to get the ball rolling.0 -
I didn't start from zero, i was already halfway there, so hopefully this'll help with that last little stretch.0

I'm not sure what one they are talking about:
1.) http://www.6weeksixpack.com/
2.) http://www.amazon.com/Jillian-Michaels-6-Week-Six-Pack/dp/B0042AGNB4
Of course if it's the Jillian one,
Level 1 on YouTube: http://youtu.be/ZJ8Zdj0OPMI
Level 2 on DailyMotion: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xqdavl_jillian-michaels-6-weeks-six-pack-level-2-2010-divx-dvdrip_sport#.UZZfw7UsmfQ
Hope that helps.0 -
I don't need a six pack, but I would really like to be able to do at least *one* regulation sit-up at my next fitness assessment in August (you have to be able to reach past a certain point for the sit-up to count: 4 inches maybe?). I'm taking some strength/core classes at the gym now; just finished week 1 of 12. Any advice for someone with absolutely no core strength? I think trying a workout like 6 weeks 6 pack would be incredibly discouraging for me right now...0

There's a video on youtube. :P0 -
I started it last week and I am enjoying it as well. Not bad on the knees like 30DS at all. I will definitely continue with it.0

I did this a couple of years ago when I was just starting to work out. It is a great workout!!! I don't have detailed results, but I do remember realizing about 4 weeks through that my butt and thighs had stopped jiggling and I was starting to get some definition in my abs. I certainly didn't get a 6-pack (you have to have really low body fat for that), but I wound up with a pretty tight belly.0

i was just about to ask how it was on the knees. thank you. nothing like putting yourself out of commission on something as silly as lunges.0 -
I'm currently working on a six, but using Ab Ripper X. I *think* I have my diet down pretty good, but would like some friends that I can help motivate and who will also keep an eye on me Anyways, I have a blog (just one post), so hit me up!0
