No exercise over the weekend means less food for me!

Its tough! When you're used to eating your M-F activity calories and then you don't get them on the weekend. Its a challenge to stay in your calorie budget. Weekends are tough anyways (usually get togethers or fairs, etc that have you consuming higher calories). I need an exercise machine at home, its too hot to exercise outdoors.

I agree - it is really difficult to stay within the target without exercise!0

I'm opposite of this post. I find I have more time for exercise on the weekend since instead of getting ready for work in the morning I can get up and go exercise! And sometime do another workout in the afternoon!0

maybe get a workout video you can just pop in the DVD player? You can workout on wknds in the comfort of your own home!0
