p90x to log?

How do you record your p90x? There are so many different work outs that I'm not sure what to put down?

    I read somewhere in a post that you could use calisthenics. I've been doing that but managing my calories to better suit the workouts and the length of time. Plus I use a heart rate monitor with calorie tracking so I can accurately report the daily calorie burn I get from each workout and track from week to week. Hope that helps.

    Either invest in a heart rate monitor, or....

    Strength Training: Log them as Circuit Training

    Cardio: Log them as High Impact Aerobics

    Yoga/Stretch: Log them as Yoga

    Ab Ripper: Log it as Vigorous Calisthenics
