So I was originally 22% body fat, did a cut to about 18% body fat. Around 180 pounds, about 146 pounds of lean muscle, or so. 5'8 24 years old. Started lifting heavy two weeks ago. Like heavy. 15, 12, 8, 3 sets of different body parts. 6 days a week. Super sets, drop sets, giant sets, you name it. Going at about 3k calories, 200 grams of protein, 350 carbs, 100 grams of fat. I look a bit different after 2 weeks, but when I check my weight it says am 2 pounds lighter. lol. So am guessing my calories are to low, but am not sure what to do. Any advice.

I was going to suggest a little more time as well and then remeasure. Good luck to you!0
