Can i lose weight with this diet?

On weekdays (for 5 days) I eat very strictly and healthy. 1200 calorie limit. ( this amount is recommended for my fatloss)

for the rest 2 days I can eat what I want with in 1200-1500 calories. (1500 calories is my maintaining calorie amount)
What will happen. Will I lose fat? Will I lose just overall weight? Will I gain or will I remain the same?

    As long as you're in a reasonable and healthy deficit at the end of the week you will be fine.

    if you are exercising... you should probably be eating 1500 every day... you might come off your "rest 1200-1500 calories day" with a greater loss than your strict 1200 and workout days. i lose weight at 1200 calories. i also sleep a lot more, have joint pain, dry skin and my hair falls out. i now eat 1750-2100 calories a day and am losing weight more consistently without the ill side effects
