This recipe was delicious! I organic almond milk, a medium banana, cocoa, whey isolate, Sunbutter, stevia, and ice. It was perfect, not too sweet or fruit based, just well-rounded flavors and only 380 calories. Thank you for sharing the recipe... many years ago.0

lovely , just my thing, I add frozen berries and cherries , etc... any combination goes with the cocoa powder, chopped nuts
comes to 400 to 500 high on protein, vit C and satiates that chocolate craving!:happy:0
