One of my influences for losing weight was for my cousins wedding in Malta which is on Wednesday. We fly out tomorrow so thought I'd post an update.

I am nowhere near finished yet, I still have another 12 pounds to lose to hit my initial target. I started 30DS 20 days ago and had no idea how I was doing.

This is how I am 2/3 of the way through.

Just so as not to give anyone the wrong idea. I was doing 30DS on top of my normal exercise and logging my food with MFP.

My weight was 77.5kg/170.8lbs on Day 1

My current weight is 76.3kg/168.2lbs today

I haven't done my measurements yet as I was just going them at the end of the 30 days.

Wow I can't believe you lost "only" 1kg since you are so much smaller! (and I needed another proof that the scale isn't the most important so thanks  )

Wow! Major difference. Especially in your core and shoulders.

Thanks for all your kind words of support.

In answer to the dumbbell question, I used 2.5kg ones for my workout which I think is 5.5lbs.

amazing. I am amazed that you did this on top of your normal exercising. I say that everyday then completely exahausted afterwards.
