big skillet of chili lime veggies for soft tacos. ate it with salsa and lots of shredded cheeeeeese. i don't like corn myself, but my boyfriend loves it, so i oven roasted some ears for him to eat with dinner.

Pulled Pork, salad and Egyptian bread.
Chicken breast that was stuffed with cream cheese, bacon and parmesan, but it fell apart when I tried to slice it. Salad with tequilla and chilli soaked olives (YUM!) and feta stuffed peppers.
