Brand New

Well here I am ... attempting at weight loss yet again. I know the right food to eat and the right amount of exercise to do daily but I find myself struggling to do so.

I'm hoping this forum and site can give me the movitvation to stick to a healthier lifestyle!

Anyone looking for motivation pals and such?
