I make a version of this...
Boneless skinless chicken breast
low sodium soy sauce
1 can pineapple chunks in juice
broccoli
red bell pepper
unsalted cashews
I put it all in the crockpot and serve with brown rice. Not sure if the calories on mine are any better or worse but I like the veggies & the cashews! I also put a bit of minced garlic or garlic powder in mine.0 -
I made this last night so I could eat for lunch today; it's delicious! I used chicken breast tenders and added 2 cloves of garlic, chopped up a whole onion, and added a little bit of taragon. I also decreased the brown sugar to 1/4 cup. I had it over a bed of spinach leaves and it was great!0
