SUGAR!

So... every day I go over the sugar section... by a lot.. like 20 almost every day. The thing is, most of the time the sugar I consume is coming from fruits... what do people substitute for fruits and such to cut the sugar down but not launch into high calories, ect?

    just change the number if you want to eat stuff with more sugar in regularly - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_custom

    the default value is based on a recommendation for "added sugars" (as if they were any different) but if you want to eat it and not be nagged about it just change the settings.

    Nothing, haha. I tend to go over in sugar as well but I eat a lot of fruit so I don't worry about it. If you know you are eating the right kind of sugars then don't worry about it.

    I don't see a problem going over your sugar limits if it's coming from fruits. I tend to eat a really high-fruit diet and have lost around 26 lbs doing so. Just try and be careful to not overdo it on the fat :)
